Ok I now love them...I am doing them with and without faces...let me just say painting a realistic face that small if difficult.  But I am loving them.  I also made an angel version.  Sweet mixed media girls with lots of "she art" type sayings.  I like to add the inspirational quotes and sayings to the front and sides of each.  And as always, I take custom orders :)

Spring Shows

It's kinda hard to be thinking about outside fairs and festivals when it is soooo cold and there is snow on the ground...but I spent most of this morning getting my applications filled out and organized.  I have already received a few acceptance letters.  I updated my show schedule page with the new show information and links to websites for driving directions and times.  If you have not signed up for my newsletter yet....you should, I try to send it out monthly with updates, new items and of course a great coupon :)   Hope to see you at a upcoming show.

Last year was an exciting one for me.  I am looking forward to 2014 with new painting ideas, new shows and maybe even placing my items in a few stores.   My Etsy shop is such a success and I am so happy that I am able to leave my job and do this full time.  I will be sending out a newsletter in Feb highlighting my spring show schedule.   Enjoy the winter, stay warm....
